Insurance Requirements

Any boater looking to use our marina facility on a transient basis is required to either provide us a Certificate of Insurance prior to your arrival or provide a copy of your in force boat insurance policy at the time of your arrival. You must carry no less than $300,000 in Liability coverage and your coverage must be written by an admitted insurance carrier licensed to transact insurance in the State of Massachusetts. In the event you do not have the required insurance documentation at the time of your arrival you will not be allowed to use our facilities. There will be no exceptions to the rule.
